It’s really happening! Belgian Maker and comedian Henk Rijckaert is organizing Belgium’s very first Maker Faire in Ghent on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of May 2019. And it’s going to be epic!
What are we up to?
We’re setting up a mini makerspace where you can experiment with all our new DIY electronic projects. Indulge in electronic wearables, robotics, Arduino add-ons, Raspberry Pi games, and more! Now, a makerspace wouldn’t be a makerspace without something to make … That’s why we’re organizing not one, but two workshops! Say what!?
3D Printing Workshop
Learn how to draw a 3D model in a user-friendly and free software. Then let us show you how you can prep your 3D model for 3D printing and 3D print it with the Vertex Delta!
BrightDot Programming Workshop
BrightDots are small and wearable modules with one or more LEDs that you can control to do what you want. They can be programmed by an Arduino compatible development board, and that’s exactly what we’ll teach you! That way, you’re set to make your own wearable electronic projects like the atom heart, the BrightDot beanie or tie!
