Whadda XL kits

Looking for exclusive DIY & Arduino compatible Christmas projects that combine soldering and programming skills? Whadda is introducing three new figurines that have unique programmable RGB LEDs. Ideal for both beginners and advanced makers!

To solder or not to solder

If you choose one of the soldering kits, you will need to solder 39 components onto the unique gold plated circuit board. The components include 24 fancy RGB LEDs that have a special diffused effect! If you don’t want to solder, you can choose the pre-assembled red Rudolf.

Optional: programming

The Arduino will be pre-programmed with some basic LED effects, so your kit will work once you power it with the included adaptor. Or you can choose to write your own code based on the available example code.

Optional: add-ons

The project is never finished thanks to all the different Arduino-compatible add-ons. Makers can challenge themselves and create different programming opportunities. Read more about all the add-ons below!

Thanks to the add-ons, the possibilities are endless and you can make it as easy or hard as you want.
